My heart is broken over this and wonder where are the telethons, the outcries from the environmentalist, and conservationist the 24 hour news coverage of lack of competence?

Again, thank you for your contribution, and once you visited this area, as you have; it becomes a part of your life, and the love that develops for the coast, and its people you truly understand the loss. I believe you've done a good thing here. It was, and hopefully will be again a true gem in our country. It's a sad thing indeed.
